The primary sources for this wine are the Teac Mor and Goldridge vineyards in the Russian River Valley, both sitting in a unique Sonoma County microclimate influenced by the Pacific Ocean, a forest of towering redwood trees, and the Russian River itself. The vines are planted to Clone 4, Dijon 95, and Dijon 96 on gravelly loam and sandstone soils endowing this wine with a vortex of flavor and complexity. It is razor sharp with lots of energy and notes of lemon and lime, ripe pear, star fruit and fennel, with just a touch of creamy salinity from the ocean breeze just ten miles away.
