What a rare (and unexpected) treat to have our good friend Barbara Sandrone in town.  Barbara, with considerable help from uncle Luca and mama Mariuccia, has taken over partial reins of the seminal cantina her father Luciano started near the town of Barolo a half-century ago.  She has done nothing but enhance the prestige of this ultra-important property by creating a beautiful new cellar, adding several top quality vineyards to the estate, and doubling down on the winery’s relentless commitment to quality.  Join us as Barbara showcases a great selection of her wines, including, of course, some treasures from our own cellar, alongside a menu created for the occasion by Chef Peter Chastain.
We apologize for the short notice, but we only just found out ourselves Barbara would be in town and we couldn’t say no to a chance to have her here at PRIMA.
