We just heard that Isole e Olena owner Paolo de Marchi will be coming, at last, back to California.  You’ll remember we had to cancel last fall’s event when Paolo took ill and postponed his trip.  We’re very excited!  Chef Peter says that their Cepparello, the cantina’s famed Super Tuscan Sangiovese, and his ragu of Cinghiale, is one of the greatest wine and food combinations he’s ever had, and he’s promised to make that happen for us too.
