PRIMA Notes:  And talk about traditional, Gianluca has also chosen for his container the ancient Poirinotta, a bottle made back in the eighteenth century near Torino and commonly found in the Langhe region until it was abandoned for the now-ubiquitous Burgundy and Bordeaux shapes from France.  Gianluca thinks his wines will age better in this bottle and who am I to doubt him…he’s a guy who clearly does his research!
