You can drink this wine with decanting--or cellar and drink for decades to come. Crafted from fruit grown on vines aged 50 to 55 years old in mineral-rich soils, grapes ferment for about 30 days; the wine ages for about 28 months in Slavonian oak casks, followed by rest in bottle before release.
