100% Grecanico sourced from the estate Fontane vineyard. Fermentation lasting ten to fifteen days in amphorae on the skins with indigenous yeast. The 2019 remained in contact with the skins for a little over one month in amphora
Aged in amphorae for seven months followed by three months in the bottle before release. Pithos is the Greek word for amphora.
