Their wonderful Chianti Classico comes from low-yielding, terraced vineyards planted at elevations approaching 1500 feet and facing southwest in order to capture the sun’s ripening rays.  Fermented in lined, concrete tanks, with no oak exposure, the wine is a beautiful expression of Tuscan Sangiovese and quite versatile with a wide range of cuisines.   I think you’ll be as impressed as I was, not only by the remarkable quality of the wine but by its amazing low price as well.  Grab some before it’s all gone. – Frank Rothstein
