PRIMA Notes:  Bourgogne Epineuil Rouge (the only red appellation possible here as there’s no such thing as Chablis Rouge) from the high-altitude Cote de Grisey, an austere, virtually top-soilless site universally considered to be the top spot in the appellation.  Dominique’s winemaking is blissfully non-interventionalist and his wines incredibly pure and wonderful to taste.
