The 2019 J. Wilkes Pinot Blanc is no exception. We definitely 'geeked out' on the last vintage, bringing it to summer get togethers, family barbeques, and even just sipping it while enjoying nice warm evenings at home. It's bone-dry, but expresses delicious bright lemon-lime flavors, with apple blossom, lime zest, green pear and peach flesh adding to a beautifully complex palate. It's got mouth-watering acidity with a mineral and delicate finish that will pair perfectly with any cold water seafood fare, oysters and scallops, kimchi or your favorite spicy Koran BBQ. This is an absolute bargain for the juice inside!
