Les Parcellaires de Saulx is a focused micro-négociant launched in 2017. It was founded on the site of the centuries old Manoir des Grands Bourgognes in Meursault.

• The first priority of the new company was to retain the services of Isabelle Laurand as cellarmaster, a position she held at the Manoir since the turn of the century. A native Burgundian, Isabelle has deep-seated relationships among a who’s who list of growers along the Côte and decades of cellar expertise.

• The house has a strict focus on single-vineyard wines from single producers, and works predominantly with organic or biodynamic growers. Only a few barrels of each Premier and Grand Cru is produced.

• Every wine is raised in predominantly older wood with the rotation of new barrels carefully minimized to let a particular site’s fruit and soil notes shine.
