This winery is one of the pioneers in dry-style Riesling and this one features such lovely fruit and really fine acidity. The latter frames an impressive set of citrus-infused Riesling aromatics like chamomile, dry acacia honey, Meyer lemon, lime peel, quince and fennel frond. Low in alcohol and but rich in minerality, we thought of a hundred ways to pair this with food, but Singapore noodles, miso-grilled cod and a smoked tuna salad loaded with fresh herbs came out as favorites, though a spicy, lemony whole grilled chicken is what I plan to pair it with later this week.  So good!
