Guigal's approach is to make a more serious Crozes that also has vigor, intensity and depth.

James Suckling, 92 points: "A prototypical Crozes-Hermitage, at the lighter end of the scale for this appellation, but with the juicy briar character we expect from this appellation. Supple tannins underline all this very nicely. Plenty of dried herbs in the finish."
