We love these bone-dry Austrian Rieslings.  Hiedler’s is penetrating, persistent and utterly delicious.  Its laser-like acidity will do wonders alongside a right-from-the-fryer schnitzel but we love it with oysters, fresh, delicate fish dishes, rustic pates and herby salads with smoked fish.  This is Frank’s choice of the week and I know for a fact he’s taking advantage of this sale to get a half-case himself!
