I suppose we shouldn’t be surprised that Li Veli’s ‘simple’ Primitivo is so good because everything they produce at this address in southern Puglia is amazing but, really, what a stunning wine for under $20!  Dark, earthy and packed with fruit, flavor and freshness, your spaghetti and meatballs will really stand up and take notice of this genuine essence of southern Italian sunshine.  Buy a case and you won’t be sorry.  Stupendous value here- really!
