You saw the big bottle offer we sent out two weeks ago and I’m thrilled to see that a lot of you will be opening very large bottles of this Rose this summer!  We took and double magnum to a wedding party and it was gone in about 30 seconds!   But many of you asked about good ol’ 750s of the Maison AIX Rose and we heard you!  Saint AIX, folks, is one of the absolute benchmarks for dry, aromatic Provencal Roses!  It’s well known for its fresh wild strawberry, watermelon and violet pastille aromatics and a lovely, elegant palate rich with fruit that finishes diaphanously dry and very refreshing.  It’s great food wine.  It’s great no-food wine as well!  The 2021 has only now rounded into perfect form and at this Friday Follies price, well, I’d get a case!  *** Big Hammocks, *** Arugulas on PRIMA’s Scientific Rose Scale.
