A complex blend anchored by all the Garnatxas (Negra, Rosa, and Blanca) with contributions of old-vine Ull de Llebre, Macabeu, and Carinyena • grapes are direct-pressed, picking up just a hint of color and cofermented very slowly for six months in thoroughly neutral barrels, where the new wine rests on the lees for an additional 7-8 8 months • juice is racked for its final elevage to an ancient 4260L German foudre from the Mosel, a 3000L clay amphora and additional barrels as necessary for another 10 months of refinement
