Absolutely killer Grenache/Cannonau! This comes across a little wilder than most mainland reds. Red fruit and herbs are there, but so is a slightly feral edge that feels natural to the zone. Not funky, just fun. It absolutely sings with rabbit and all manners of fowl—you know, like grilled Cornish game hens!
