From one of the tiniest harvests in many years, the fresh and zingy 2024 Picq Chablis is sourced from 12 different parcels, all low-yielding vines that average 25 years of age. Winemaker Didier Picq ferments the grapes (lovingly farmed by his brother Pascal) in stainless steel vats using native yeasts and eschewing the use of oak.

Striving for concentration and structure, the Picqs create a wine with tremendous length and crisp acidity, exactly what you’d expect in a bottle of well-made Chablis. With a bouquet of fresh fruit underpinned by limestone minerality, it’s a thrilling taste experience and the perfect wine at the perfect time.
