Sauvignon Blanc does so well up in these hills, maturing nicely and completely with intense but nuanced fruit and, as you would expect, great natural acidity. Extremely aromatic, it is the essence of these verdant Tyrolean hills trapped in a bottle of wine! White roses, white peaches, lemon zest, salty mineral and slate-y petrichor are only a few of the aromas that lead into a palate that is satisfyingly fresh, lively and full of character.
