Batanga Family , originating from the core of Tequila, is meticulously crafted using century-old techniques and exclusively 100% blue Weber agave. Employing methods passed down through generations, their skilled jimadors carefully harvest the agave piñas from the agave fields. These piñas are subsequently cooked in traditional masonry brick ovens, resulting in a delicate caramelization of sugars that imparts subtle hints of cinnamon, clove, and other inviting spices. The resulting "mosto" is then subjected to fermentation and undergoes a meticulous double distillation process, ultimately bestowing upon Batanga its refreshing and vibrant finish, which has captivated the hearts of individuals both near and far.
