 Laetitia Billiot is the fourth generation to estate-bottle Champagnes at this domaine in the Grand Cru Village of Ambonnay. Laetitia’s father, Serge, took over in 1954, quickly establishing himself as an elite producer, creating a range of wines from his Grand Cru holdings in Ambonnay. Today, Laetitia continues the tradition, working 5 hectares in Ambonnay. 

Tasting Notes:  (FR) Laetitia Billiot is one of Champagne’s most passionate and creative winemakers, producing cuvees that are truly unique and expressive of their origins.  Her Brut Rose is legendary, full-throated Rose from the famous village of Ambonnay.  Nonetheless, this wine still has a feminine side, with delicate fruit aromas and a brilliant finis

Vinous 90 Points:  Billiot's NV Brut Rosé Grand Cru is powerful and tightly wound, with a great interplay of tension and Ambonnay power. Cranberry, chalk, white pepper and mint are some of the signatures, but it is the wine's persistence and overall palate presence that make it the most distinctive of these three wines. Hints of orange peel and dried leaves add further shades of nuance. There is a lot to like. Dosage is 9 grams per liter.
