Ingredients:

• 5 parts Apple Juice
• 2 Cloves
• 2 Crushed cardamom
• 2 Star anise
• Juniper berries
• Orange Peel
• 1 part Hendrick's Gin
• Some Grated Nutmeg

How To:

• In a medium pot or slow cooker, add apple juice with spices and bring to a small rolling boil. 
• Remove from heat. 
• Add Hendrick's Gin
• Serve in a tankard or teacup and garnish with three slices of apple and a dusting of nutmeg.
