Corazón’s Single Estate project focuses on agave grown entirely on the distillery’s own land, giving the tequila a clear sense of place before it ever sees a barrel. Extended aging in oak pushes this extra añejo into richer territory—caramel, toasted oak, dried fruit, and baking spice—while a thread of roasted agave still runs through the palate.

Best enjoyed slowly and neat, where it behaves less like a typical tequila and more like a fine aged spirit.
