Dickel’s signature charcoal mellowing gives the whiskey a softer profile than most bourbons at this proof: caramel, roasted nuts, vanilla, and warm baking spice with a round, slightly mineral finish. Terrific neat, but also excellent in classics like an Old Fashioned or Manhattan where the extra proof carries the drink.
