Frank Rothstein, Minister of Value: The Hebrart rosé is another broadly textured, powerful Champagne whose rich character is tightly wound. Very delicate pink color from the addition of barrel-aged Pinot Noir, its aftertaste goes on forever and ever. Really superb! ****
