John - Wow! This made my schnitzel stand up and take notice! A blend of Gruner, Pinot Noir and Riesling, this is broad, aromatic and perfectly balanced but quite dry and lemony too. Broad enough to drink on its own, but I would love to try it with a big bucket of fried chicken! ***+
