Real del Valle Blanco is a refreshingly straightforward, no-nonsense tequila that lets the agave do the talking. Made from 100% blue Weber agave grown in the red volcanic soils of the Jalisco highlands, it’s distilled with a light touch to preserve the natural sweetness and lift of the cooked piñas.

Unaged and bottled soon after distillation, it’s bright, peppery, and lively on the nose, with aromas of roasted agave, lime zest, and fresh herbs. The palate is clean and focused—think citrus, green olive, a little white pepper—and finishes dry and pleasantly crisp. We really like this one for palomas and ranch waters!
