From Northern California’s Redwood Empire distillery, Rocket Top is named for a towering redwood in Humboldt County and built around a bold rye mashbill.

Peppery rye spice meets orange peel, toasted grain, and vanilla with a lively, warming finish. A natural for cocktails—especially Manhattans and Sazeracs—but certainly flavorful and characterful enough to sip neat.
