PRIMA Vini’s longtime favorite olive oil, the same Italian-canned stuff we used in PRIMA Ristorante for many years, is back in stock!  These hefty cans of Sagra EVOO have a major following even now because of its sheer quality and versatility.  You can fry with it, sauté with it, make emulsions and dressings with it and drizzle it over your favorite Burrata, and it handles it all- with taste, texture and elan!  It also is remarkably shelf stable even though the 3-liter cans never really last long enough in our homes to put that to the test.  Seriously.  Every pantry needs to have a can in there!  Sure, the price has gone up a lot since the old days when we sold this for $24.99, but have you seen the prices of olive oil lately?  This is still an excellent deal.  We just were restocked with fresh stock and the first two cans went home with me…….
