50ml Botanica Spiritvs Western Dry Gin

50ml Contratto Aperitif

25ml Elena Vermouth di Torino

Top with 75ml Bisol Jeio Prosecco

Mix the first three ingredients in an iced container, stir well to combine and strain into the glass of your choice. Top with the Prosecco and garnish with an orange peel.
