The fall of 2025 is shaping up to be one of the best harvests for the Alba white truffle we’ve seen in a few years. Our source, Deep Truffle, reports relative abundance, fine quality and great aromatics, and prices are down a bit as well. Starting today, white truffles can be ordered for Wednesday delivery at PRIMA if ordered by email before 2 p.m. on Mondays through November 2025! They are $255 an ounce (subject to change weekly) and must be ordered by the whole truffle, whether small, medium or large. We’ll notify you as soon as your order arrives so you can pick them up and enjoy! Any onward shipping from PRIMA should be via overnight air and will be separate.
