PRIMA Notes:  For their rose wine, Bodegas Olivares uses only free-run juice fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.  There is only a short maceration on the skins, which explains the delicate and attractive pink color.  Despite the wine’s low price, it is amazingly complex with flavors of ripe cherries, grapefruit citrus and a subtle spice in the finish owing to the character of old vine Grenache.  Bright, fresh and simply satisfying, this should be your “go to” rose for the summer.
