Maison Jacques Chaput cultivates the art of selecting grapes and wines to give life to the blend, the signature of their Champagne House, in full respect of this precept. Mastering the technique of the assembly allows them to reveal the incomparable character of each vintage that initially they could only imagine. The slow process of aging in bottles then manifests the magic of effervescence and vitality.

Assemblage: 70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, aged in oak barrels. After a passage in oak barrels, some cuvées, rigorously selected, are assembled with reserve wines. The final blend only counts between 20 and 30% of wine aged in cask, which brings complexity and finesse without showing too much oak.
